Our website serves worldwide from Pakistan. By default, your order will be in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Delivery times vary for made-to-order items. Check the specific outfit’s delivery time on its product page. For any delivery questions, contact us on WhatsApp at 0300 4009316. Once your order is confirmed, we’ll deliver within the stated time.

International delivery charges depend on your destination and shipment weight. Taxes and duties are not included in online purchase prices. You’ll be responsible for any applicable taxes or customs fees upon order delivery. We offer free nationwide delivery in Pakistan.

Your purchases are insured against theft and damage during transit to your address. After delivery and signing, the coverage ends. Some carriers, like FedEx and Blue Ex, may waive the signature requirement, but international orders still need a signature.

We have a “No Exchange/No Refund” policy. We only consider exchange requests for products with manufacturing defects or damage. Alterations are only possible within three months of purchase. Sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
